1. Information we collect

We collect the following information. (1) Account information: email address, name, password (stored hashed), display language, and organization name (optional). (2) Project data entered by the User and files uploaded to the Service. (3) Usage logs: access timestamps, IP address, user agent, actions performed, and referring URL. (4) Identifiers obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Purposes of use

We use the information collected to provide the Service; to verify identity and authenticate users; to apply feature limits based on usage; to respond to inquiries; to detect and prevent misuse; to improve the Service and develop new features; to deliver and measure advertising; and to send important notices.

3. Advertising

Advertising is displayed on the free plan. Where third-party ad services (including Google AdSense) are used, those providers may use cookies to display ads matched to the User's interests. Cookies used for personalized advertising are set only if the User consents to the "Advertising" category in the cookie consent banner. Google's use of advertising cookies can be disabled from Google's Ads Settings page.

4. Analytics and external transmission

The Service may transmit information to external providers in order to understand usage and measure advertising performance. The recipients, the information transmitted, and the purposes are published on our "External Data Transmission" page.

5. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal data to third parties except where required by law, where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult, or where the User has consented.

6. Subcontractors

We may entrust the handling of personal data to external providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (cloud infrastructure, databases, email delivery, bot protection, and similar). We exercise appropriate supervision over such providers.

7. Retention periods

Account information and user data are retained while the account is active. After account deletion, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized following a 30-day grace period. Audit logs are retained for one year; raw advertising impression and click logs are retained for 90 days, after which only non-identifiable aggregates are kept.

8. Security measures

We employ encrypted communication (TLS), password hashing, access permission management, audit logging of actions, and rate limiting to protect against unauthorized access.

9. Disclosure, correction, and deletion requests

The User may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information held by us. Please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity.

10. Use by minors

Users under 16 years of age should use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

11. Cross-border data transfers

Some of the infrastructure and subcontractors used by the Service are located outside Japan. We take the measures required by law after reviewing the personal data protection regime of the destination country.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy. We will give notice within the Service for material changes.
